I ask myself do i want to advertise my page or services in more than 3 Mil. e-mails sent over the globe? And the answer was, ofcourse!
It was a long time before i found such a site that offers us that kind of availability like safemailservices.com. Do you want to know how the sistem works?!
Safe mail services have their own mail server. Once you become their member, you've got permison to send your AD or just mail with your own content(10,000 characters in mail), but only every 24 ur hours. But i think that this is enought(for me).
Because they have their own server you will never been accused of SPAMing mail boxes. You can send your mail in text or HTML format, which can be changed(font, color, link, you can also preview your mail...)
Ofcourse I had to test this sistem myself also. I wrote an e-mail and send it. Next day i looked my page attendence and i was fully surprised. It raised for 100(from 40356 to 40456 and raising) and thats with only one package of mails. What if you send thoose mails every day, think that!!!??
But you must know that results will differ depending on the type of business, service, or product you offer!
