Natural Skincare And Acne Treatment

Some of the best skincare does not come from a bottle on the supermarket shelves, but from your own kitchen! No matter what your ailment, whether you are maintaining beautiful skin or fighting bothersome acne, there are natural remedies for any problem. Opting for less expensive natural skin care is a great way to save money and care for your sensitive skin.

Eating right and staying healthy are some of the best natural skincare tips available. Eating fruits and veggies high in Vitamin A and C can help your skin stay radiant year after year. Foods high in carbohydrates can do damage to your skin. Eating a diet rich in protein, fruits and veggies has been proven to keep skin clear and blemish free. If you have troublesome ACNE and are looking for a natural remedy, keep in mind that you are what you eat! Avoid refined sugars, and stick with natural, unrefined and unprocessed foods. These chemically altered foods can wreak havoc on your sensitive skin. While most oils are not conducive to good skin health, fish oils and vitamin E and A are great skincare savers.

To prevent blackheads and pimples, apply a grated cucumber over the affected areas. While sunlight may not be recommended for preventing wrinkles and age spots, some dermatologists recommend sun and air treatment for ACNE. Play a game of volleyball outside and you will get an extra dose of sun and a nice breeze, both helpful in aiding the prevention and treatment of ACNE.

While anti-wrinkle creams can be extremely beneficial in promoting clear and wrinkle free skin, sometimes other ailments will strike without notice. If you are looking for natural remedies, look no further than your own house. Even if you have used an anti-wrinkle cream on those unsightly crows feet, you can still be cursed with under eye puffiness. After a long night, or when your allergies are kicking in, apply damp, ice cold tea bags over your eyes for a few minutes. The caffeine refreshes the skin and reduces puffiness and swelling. If you are finding yourself with oily spots throughout the day, apply a small amount of rose water to your face in the morning or at night for an extra dose of fresh smelling skincare.

Even if you choose to stay all natural, there are dozens of remedies for maintaining healthy skin and staying ACNE free. Eating healthy foods and taking care of your skin will reward you AND your skin for years to come.
