1) Exercise
Regular consistent exercising is the way to go. Not only will exercising keep you healthy, it just makes you feel better.
Many people fail to exercise because of lack of time and planning.
However, it is not necessary to spend more than 1 hour a day, 7 days a week at the gym. You can get by with better result wiht much less time, in fact, three 40-45 minutes workouts is only required to stay fit and energized.
And you can do it at home or outdoors. Exercising outdoors has it's benefits, as
the sun's natural light can provide vitamin D. But remember to slap on sun lotion to protect the skin.
Plan to perform a 5 minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes of resistance training and 20 minutes of interval training.
Turbulence Training such as this will boost your metabolism level all day long.
Not only will you build muscle, you will burn fat at the same time.
2) Eat Plenty of wholesome, natural food such as fruits, vegetables, protein and non fatty foods.
Good nutritional diet helps in the development of muscle strength, and more importantly keeps the body energized.
Although it is a big commitment, plan to change your eating habits for a healthier lifestyle.
3) Eat small meals every 2.5 to 3 hours.
Minimum of 4 meals a day will prevent you from having the cravings.
As well, plan to vary the diet regularly to prevent boredom.
Our body is smart, and like exercising, the body adapts quickly to the environment it is placed under. By varying the diet, the body is forced to guess how much energy it needs to burn.
Combining Turbulence Training with a healthy diet plan will not only give you that much added energy, it will burn weight loss and increase muscle strength quicker.
