The body needs such things as fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products and even carbohydrates to function correctly. Cutting these things out just to make a pill, hoodia or not, work more quickly simply isn’t smart. Losing weight and taking good health along with it is just plain silly.

In addition to a well-balanced diet, those who consider a hoodia diet should also contemplate adding exercise to the program. Losing weight is not good enough. Keeping it off and looking better while maintaining good health is the only way to go if results are meant to last more than a few days.
