If you’re in a hurry to lose weight, you need an efficient program. You need a guide that shows you how to lose 25 pounds in less than 2 months.
Nothing worthwhile is easy, for losing weight or anything else. There will be some effort involved. There will be some giddy-up needed on your part. A commitment, as the “experts” might say, a definite decision to meet your weight loss goals.
We start with your diet. You can drop 8-12 pounds in a quick period of time by adjusting your nutrient intake. Seem impossible? It’s not.
Here are a few hard and fast rules for how to lose 25 pounds in less than 2 months.
* Drink at least 10-12 cups of water daily. The more you drink, the less your body will hold.
* Eliminate all sodas for 3 weeks. The sugar and extras in soda will counteract the effects of drinking more water to a great degree. No sense in wasting time, right?
* Eat four meals a day. The first meal coming within 45 minutes of waking. What you’re doing here is speeding up the metabolism. You’re putting it to work by eating.
* Remove all known “bad foods” from your food pantry.
* Begin physical exercise by adding a 20-30 minute walk to your daily schedule. It doesn’t matter what time you do it, just make certain you don’t skip it.
* See about a membership to a gym. If you can’t do that, visit your local target and purchase some bands and a fitness ball, and a video.
* Week 3 incorporate your band and ball exercises for an upper and lower resistance program.
* By week 4 progress to 4 days of resistance training, and 5 days of walking per week.
* On week increase your walk time to 45 minutes a day.
This program is fairly simple. It’s not hard. You’re starting out slowly and progressing from there. It clearly shows how to lose 25 pounds in less than 2 months. The only ingredient that becomes a wild card is you.
If you can leverage yourself to simple begin the program, you will find yourself moving quickly toward your weight loss goals.
