Are you ready to lose weight? Then grab a pad and take notes, in this article we will out line the fastest weight loss possible. First understand that it all starts with you, inside your mind. Have you lost weight before? Have you had success, or have you yo-yo dieted, only to find yourself heavier, much heavier after all was said and done?

This process, just like any process, begins with the thoughts you hold and the things you want to accomplish. Before you can have a thing, you must be ready for that thing.

You must be prepared to make a firm decision that you will stick to your new plan until you see the weight loss results. Your mind, not your body, is the key.

Let’s assume you’ve read a few diet books and you’ve exercised once or twice in your lifetime. Then the only real issue that stands between you and the fastest weight loss possible is leveraging yourself to take action.

How do you do that? You have to go deep. You have to go to the root of everything. You have to step back and take a look at home base, your environment. That’s it, plain and simple. It’s the atmosphere that surrounds you day and night, when you sleep and while you’re awake.

It doesn’t matter who you are, how strong you are, how smart you might be, you cannot rise above an environment that is not conducive to the goals you are trying to achieve. Overcoming a less than optimistic setting for your success while remaining in that setting is like trying to defy gravity.

But don’t fret. There is usually just a very fine line between success and failure of any kind, including weight loss. There are a few things you can do, right where you’re at, to boost the possibility of your weight loss success.

Follow these three rules:

* Minimize the amount of Television you watch. It distracts too much from goal achieving (an hour a day should suffice).

* Do not allow yourself to speak negatively about anyone (no gossiping or verbal backbiting. Especially when that energy could be better utilized by thinking and taking action on your weight loss goals. You need energy to exercise, don’t you?)

* Make a commitment to spending at least 30-minutes a day on your weight loss goals (that means exercise, diet planning, and making a journal)

Over time you will gather momentum and your environment will become more and more positive. The fastest weight loss possible starts with the core of your existence. Get your core straight and the rest of your faculties will have no choice but to follow very closely behind. To your thin future!
